Minaki Wash is a pressure-washing business. Driveways, patios, pool decks — hard, flat concrete, done right. Today that's one person and a pressure washer, turning up, doing the work, and leaving it clean.

The twist is how we're building it. The Minaki Wash website went live in about an hour, and the behind-the-scenes work — sorting the day, the admin, the site itself — is done with AI. We're building a small, ordinary local business the way a software startup would: automate the boring parts, and keep the human part human.

Where's it going? The long-term goal is honest and a little bit science-fiction: more of the hands-on work — eventually the physical kind — handled by robots, so a very small team can do a surprising amount, and do it well. Until the humanoid robots show up, it's a person, a pressure washer, and a phone number you can actually call.
