This page covers visits to minakilabs.com, operated by MinakiLabs LLC. Our other services keep their own policies: TunnelNet at tunnelnet.io/privacy, and the Minaki suite at suite.minaki.io.
What we collect
The contact form
When you send the quote form, we receive the details you type — your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and your message — so we can reply. That's all. We only use it to answer you and sort out the work.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard request logs: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's identifier. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
No cookies, no tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We don't follow you around the web, and we don't sell or share what you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send through the form for as long as we need it to help you, then remove it. Server logs are kept for a short while and then rotated.
